Privacy Notice
How we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
AfterBid runs this website. For anything about this notice or your personal information, email hello@afterbid.co.uk.
What we collect
If you email us, including to request a walkthrough, we receive your name, your email address and anything you include in your message.
The website itself has no forms or accounts and doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising tags. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type, so that it can deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply, to arrange a walkthrough if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us for something before working together, on taking steps at your request.
We don’t sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Who else processes it
Our website hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf. Our hosting provider may process it outside the UK, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them for the conversation and any work that follows.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email hello@afterbid.co.uk.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If you use the Reduce motion setting at the foot of a page, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn’t sent to us, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Changes
We’ll update this notice if the way we handle personal information changes.
